In the absence of a launderette anywhere in the near vicinity in Vigo we abandoned the marina on Saturday and set off for Barra beach where we set up our own private Doby Department!    No idea what the locals thought but the wind was gusting 28kts so our washing took no time at all to dry ….. the problem was trying to keep it attached to the makeshift washing lines!    No pictures, too busy catching flying pegs!   We’ve just oiled the teak in the cockpit and the next task is to fit the new igniter in the cooker.   How’s that for domesticity.  A few photos from E&V's visit  have been put on the RTW page if you have time to look.
