We are so glad we have had the chance to return to Montserrat and ‘do the tour’.    Although we had seen the lava flow and ash from a distance when we visited last March, nothing prepared us for the actual experience of walking through the volcanic ash and viewing the devastation caused by the volcano.   There are more pictures on the May page but just wanted to post these couple as evidence of a ‘live’ volcano and what can happen to people’s homes in the wake of mother nature’s power.
