On terra firma ‘Mr Ovenu’ rescues Claire’s cooker on an annual basis – sadly on Ocean Rainbow this is not the case.   Today Claire bit the bullet and spent a very long time on the bathing platform removing the evidence of a year’s worth of baking and roasting!   Luckily, there was a welcome break in the middle …. Sybille and Bo (from yacht Sybo) were on a moped trip and spotted us from the road. They waved and it wasn’t long before we had them on board for ‘Kaffee und Kuchen’.     Wonderful to catch up with them.   As Franz (Kyory) had sprung a surprise visit when we were in Tyrrel Bay, all that remains is for Andrea and Kai (Silence) to pop up and we will have had an Ashton Bay (Frigate Island) reunion.
