Just look at that wake!!    You’re right, it’s not Ocean Rainbow; it’s a 750hp Sports Boat belonging to Felix (a Trinidadian retired from the oil industry) who, like us, enjoys escaping to Monos for a few days of peace and quiet.   An extremely generous and friendly individual, he offered to take us and Freya of Clyde (also at anchor in Monos) on a tour of the islands.   We had a lovely morning as he motored around the various bays telling us who lived in all the luxury homes.    We finished our tour with a swim at Chacachacare and then blazed our way home.    Felix joined us for lunch and then, to round off our day, ‘Flat Out’ (Colin and Kay of canvas making fame) joined us for a swim and tea.   Perhaps not such a quiet day in Monos but it was fun!
